Based on this, regarding the crimes committed against the future generations, the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has not significantly and visibly attempted to criminalize and suppress such crimes, but considering the scope of subject jurisdiction stipulated in the Statute regarding the recognition of international crimes such as war crimes, Crimes against humanity and even genocide and their compatibility with examples of crimes against future generations, it can be acknowledged that it is possible to deal with the commission of such crimes within the jurisdiction of the ICC.
